Dr. Scott Galster is the Chief of the Applied Neuroscience Branch in the 711th Human Performance Wing. He holds a PhD in Applied Experimental Psychology and oversees a research portfolio focused on improving human performance using neurotechnologies and other human-centered approaches. In addition, he is an Adjunct Professor at The Ohio State University School of Medicine.
